Sub: Circular for Winter Vacation 18th December 2011 to 8th January 2012.
Dear parents,
Wishing you a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.
It is intimated that the students will be proceeding for winter vacation from 18th December 2011 to 8th January 2012. However it is requested that the boarders must report back by 1800 hrs. on 8th January 2012, whereas Day Scholars must join the school on 9th January 2012 by 07.45 a.m.
It is mentioned that 23rd Celebration of Excellence (ANNUAL DAY) was celebrated in the school on 28th November 2011, where the Chief Guest General V K Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, ADC-Chief of the Army Staff, appreciated the efforts put in by the students and for showing their caliber in all disciplines. It is also mentioned that students are being guided and motivated by the teachers to put on in their best in academics and in all walks of life. As a result your wards have been performing well and making all efforts to build up their career.
I request the parents to work in close co-operation with the faculty members in building up the future of your wards. We too expect that when your ward leaves this institution, they will not only carry the virtues of knowledge, discipline, and patriotism but also develop respect and understanding for their fellow citizen and mankind.
It is mentioned that the 2nd Terminal Examination for Class - XI and Pre-Boards for Class - XII have already been conducted and result for papers held prior to 15th December 2011 have been intimated to the students. However the result of last two papers (conducted on 16th & 17th December 2011) will be declared soon. The copy of the result will be dispatched separately at the address held in the school record. Ist Term Examination result in respect of students from Class - I to X has already been dispatched/handed over to the students. You are requested to guide and encourage the students for their overall development. You are also requested to monitor that students complete their home - assignments during vacation.
It is further mentioned that all the Boarders must report back by 6.00 p.m. on 8th January 2012. No late comers will be permitted to join the school after the given time (i.e. on 8th January 2012 by 6.00 p.m.). Any student reporting late due to any reason will be requested to report with the parents next day and meet the concerned House Master/Warden next day; else he/she will not be permitted to join the school. However, penalty will be charged from the late comers as mentioned in school calendar.
You are also requested to ensure that the Fee/Dues in respect of your ward be deposited in the school timely as mentioned below, in order to avoid any fine/penalty :-
For Boarders By 10th of April & By 10th of October. (Each year)
